We are the only statewide organization dedicated to servicing the interests of the Wyoming hospitality industry on the front lines and behind the scenes. Our goal is to create a continual flow of new, skilled, and enthusiastic young workers to enter Wyoming’s growing hospitality workforce. We promote a positive message to our members, teacher, students, as well as the public about the hospitality industry and its’ workforce.
Wyoming ProStart
The Wyoming ProStart Invitational is a premier event that showcases the incredible talents of aspiring professionals in the hospitality industry. Built upon the pillars of management, culinary arts, bread baking, and cake baking, this competition brings together over 150 students from across the state.
Our mission is not only to recognize and celebrate these exceptional young individuals but also to provide them with opportunities for growth and advancement in the industry. Each year, we award over $600,000 in scholarships, enabling deserving students to pursue their dreams and further hone their skills.
Through rigorous challenges and expert mentoring, we strive to cultivate a competitive yet supportive environment that nurtures the spirit of innovation and excellence. By inspiring and empowering the next generation of culinary luminaries, we contribute to the continuous evolution and success of the Wyoming hospitality landscape.
