Where Wyoming hospitality careers begin.
Each year, more than 150 Wyoming high school students compete in the Wyoming ProStart Invitational across four categories: culinary, restaurant management, decorated cake, and artisan bread. Winners earn from a pool of $2,00,000+ in annual scholarships and represent Wyoming on the national stage.
